Mel Ellis – Company Director
Former Squadron Leader who commanded the RAF Falcons Parachute Display Team, Parachute Training School and the Army’s airborne forces and officer training. Challenge Academy principles are based on Mel’s extensive experience of teaching, leadership and development.
Greg Brookes-Clayton – Learning and Development Director
25 years teaching experience. Former Head of Pupil Referral Unit for society’s most ‘hard to reach’ young people. Lead trainer for all learning and development and coordinates UK wide public and private sector training and CPD.
