This is a fabulous self contained apartment sleeping two people which is situated at first floor level in what was formerly the stable-lad's lodgings. The apartment has a warm, cosy atmosphere benefiting from a wealth of exposed beams and original features. However, the traditional country feel has been blended with the luxuries and advantages of modern living so that all conveniences are to hand.

The apartment boasts a delightful fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. There is a full range of utensils, including toaster and mixer, and plenty of pots, pans and crockery. The dining table and four chairs have a prime outlook over the tennis court and walled garden. A separate utility room contains a freezer, washing machine and spin dryer. Comfort and good taste were firmly in mind in the planning of the stable apartment and they stand out in the lounge with its co-ordinated soft furnshings, a real effect gas fire, colour television and video. The spacious bedroom has a king-size bed, top quality furniture and delightful ensuite bathroom, which contains a bath with a powerful shower over it.

Linen and towels are provided together with basic toiletries and cleaning materials.

All gas and heating bills are included. Heating is gas central heating. The apartment has its own pay-phone. There is an iron, ironing board and vacuum. A cot and high chair are available by prior arrangement.
