Holding Functions at Yeldersley Hall

Yeldersley Hall is becoming an increasingly popular venue for private parties and small wedding receptions. These take place in our very smart function room, formerly the billiard room to the hall, which we hire out for special occasions and events. The room, which can accommodate up to 40-50 people, has a magnificent oak fireplace providing a wonderful focal point. There are large French windows opening out onto a private terrace, and gardens beyond, which guests can use. We have, on occasion, arranged for marquees on our lawns.

What attracts lots of interest is our ‘do-it-yourself' approach. We do not require you to use expensive in-house catering. You hire the facilities and then arrange the catering separately or do it yourself. We have hosted wedding receptions, special birthday parties, wine-tasting evenings, fund-raising events, barbecues and all sorts of meetings. However, due to the nature of our property, this is not the right venue for loud discos or 18 th birthday parties.

At Yeldersley Hall, you can have a grand country house atmosphere at a reasonable cost. We negotiate each event individually as it depends on the duration of the party and the numbers attending. We think we have a very special set-up for small exclusive weddings. When guests hire our reception facilities in conjunction with our holiday accommodation, they can put together a very special wedding package. If you are looking for a small, unique and elegant wedding, this could be the perfect venue.
